built at Galgalia, along with a new 12.5 km railway line from Galgalia to Kazli Bazaar (Nepal) via Bhadrapur. The final location survey for this line has also been approved. A new 190 km railway line from Biratnagar (Jogbani) to New Mal Junction (Malbazar) via Thakurganj-Bagdogra has also been approved. The construction of this line is strategically important for the chicken neck area. This will benefit passengers by reducing travel time and will also be advantageous for security forces.

Galgalia mein ek international terminal bhi banaya ja raha hai, aur Galgalia se Bhadrapur hote hue Kazli Bazaar (Nepal) tak 12.5 km ki new railway line bhi banne wali hai. Is line ke final location survey ko bhi Railway Board ne approve kar diya hai. Biratnagar (Jogbani) se Thakurganj-Bagdogra ke raste New Mal Junction (Malbazar) tak 190 km ki ek new railway line ko bhi approval mili hai. Chicken neck area mein strategic point of view se is new line ka construction kiya ja raha hai. Isse passengers ko bahut fayda hoga aur kam time mein lambi distance cover kar payenge. Is line ke banne se security forces ko bhi bahut fayda hone ki ummid hai.
