in Robertsganj is estimated to cost ₹2.54 crore and will take 18 months to complete. The development work at Madfa Fort in Chitrakoot will cost ₹76 lakhs and is expected to be finished in six months. Agencies with experience in international projects will be prioritized for these projects. The new tourist facility will be equipped with modern amenities and designed to meet future needs. To establish Madfa Fort as an eco-tourism hub, various tourism development initiatives will be implemented. Discussions during the meeting included renaming Subedarganj station to Prayagraj Cant, adding stops for 28 trains at Prayagraj Junction, operating a superfast train between Prayagraj Junction and Ayodhya via Chitrakoot, and extending the operation of 14151 Anand Vihar-Kanpur Express to Prayagraj Junction. The response to the proposal states that the renaming of Subedarganj will be done by the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the proposal can be sent to them. The addition of stops for 28 trains at Prayagraj Junction has been partially addressed as train number 12319-20, the Kolkata-Gwalior Express, has been stopping there since August 30th. The proposal to run a train between Chitrakoot and Ayodhya was declined due to a lack of basic amenities in Chitrakoot. The other suggestions made during the meeting were also rejected. The extension of the Gorakhpur-Lucknow Vande Bharat to Prayagraj Junction was suggested during the meeting, and the train has already been extended to Prayagraj.

Purv saansad ko bheji gayi karyaavriti mein likha hai ki Subedarganj ka naya naamkaran kendriya grih mantralaya karega. Yeh proposal mantralaya ko bheja ja sakta hai. 28 trains ke Prayagraj Junction par thahraav ke sujhav ke jawab mein 12319-20 Kolkata-Gwalior Express pichle 30 August se yaha ruk rahi hai. Baki trains ke thahraav par vichar kiya jaayega. Chitrakoot-Ayodhya ke beech train chalane ke sujhav par bataya gaya hai ki Chitrakoot mein moolbhoot suvidha ke abhav ke chalte vaha se nayi train ka sanchaln asambhav hai. Meeting mein diye gaye baki suggestions par bhi ashmati jaati hai. Meeting mein Gorakhpur-Lucknow Vande Bharat ka sanchaln Prayagraj Junction tak karne ka sujhav diya gaya tha. The 18 stations included in this scheme are: Veerangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Gwalior, Banda, Morena, Dabra, Datia, Orai, Lalitpur, Pokhrayan, Khajuraho, Chitrakut Dham Karwi, Mahoba, Orchha, Harpalpur, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, and Ghatampur. The private employees will be required to work 24 hours a day and will be provided with a specific dress code, similar to metro stations.
