The Agra Cantt-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express train number is 20176, while the Varanasi-Agra Cantt train number is 20175. The train will consist of 20 coaches and will be painted in saffron color. The number of coaches on the existing Varanasi-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express will increase to 20 starting from September 17th, with train numbers 22435 and 22436 for the respective routes. Notably, there will be no stop at Prayagraj Junction on the inaugural day. The train will consist of 8 coaches and will run six days a week, excluding Fridays, during regular operations. The inauguration ceremony may be attended by India's Railway Minister of State, Ravneet Singh Bittu. Invitations have also been sent to Agra's MP, pro. SP Singh Baghel, and other elected officials. On the inaugural day, the train will be free of charge and will be filled with 200 school children, residents of Agra, media representatives, and others. A nine-member ticket checking staff will also be onboard to ensure the smooth journey. Passengers traveling to Banaras will be brought back to Agra by another train.
