Officials, including Divisional Electrical Engineer (Operation) Ajay Rishi, reached the spot and assured the employees that their demands would be considered. The protest ended at 2:45 PM. However, the protest did not affect the train's operation, and it left for Agra at 3:20 PM as scheduled. The regular operation of the Varanasi-Agra Vande Bharat Express commenced on Monday. According to the Railway Board's order, the Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20175-76) is manned by North Central Railway (NCR) staff for both trips. The employees protested, demanding that Northeast Railway loco pilots and train managers be included in the crew until Prayagraj or Kanpur. The Northeast Railway Employees Union (NERMU) argued that the Northeast Railway crew members were being neglected by not being included in the Vande Bharat Express crew. They emphasized the importance of including Northeast Railway personnel to ensure proper knowledge of the route and to improve the mileage and promotion prospects of Northeast Railway loco pilots and guards.

A total of 248 passengers traveled on the Agra Cantt-Banaras Vande Bharat (Train No. 20176) on its first day, with 241 seats vacant in the chair car and 41 seats vacant in the executive car. Only 113 passengers traveled on Train No. 20175 from Varanasi. The train arrived 18 minutes early and remained on the platform for 23 minutes. On its return journey, the train arrived 5 minutes early at platform number 7.

Train number 20176 Agra Cantt-Banaras Vande Bharat mein pehle din Agra, Tundla, Etawah, Kanpur, Prayagraj se kul 248 yatriyon ne safar kiya. Chair car mein 478 berth mein se 241 seat aur executive car ki 52 mein 41 seat khali rahi. Varanasi se train number 20175 mein kul 113 yatriyon ne hi safar kiya. Kanpur se Varanasi ke liye 33 aur Kanpur se Agra jaane ke liye nau musafiron ne ticket book karaya. Pehle din 18 minute pehle aayi Vande Bharat 23 minute platform par khadi rahi. Wapasi mein platform number saat par bhi train paanch minute pehle aa gayi thi.

The Vande Bharat Express, launched by PM Modi virtually from Gujarat, was scheduled to start its journey from Varanasi to Agra on Monday. The NER drivers protested citing railway regulations that state that their jurisdiction extends to Prayagraj and the train should be operated by them within their zone. They also raised concerns about unfamiliar routes and safety protocols being employed by NCR drivers.

Schedule decide nahi hone ki wajah se abhi tak ye train start nahi ho payi thi. Shukravaar ko schedule aaya aur somvaar se isko chalane ki tarikh ailan ki gayi. Iske baad dopahar 2:30 pe Varanasi station ke platform 8 pe Agra ke liye Vande Bharat train pahunchi. Issi waqt NER ke driver bhi pahuche aur train ko NCR ke driver se chalane ka virodh kiya. Apne haathon mein takhtiyan aur chest pe kagaz se likhi maang leke pahunche NER ke chalako ne Vande Bharat Express ke aage track pe baith kar dharna dena start kiya. Kuchh der waha dharna dene ke baad platform 8 pe aa gaye aur waha dharna start kar diya. Train ko NCR ke driver aur guard se chalane ka virodh kiya. Chalako ka kahna tha ki railway ke rules ke hisab se NER ka area Prayagraj tak hai. Waha tak Vande Bharat Express ko hum logo ko chalana chahiye. Is VIP train ko NER ke area mein bhi NCR ke chalako se chalaya ja raha hai. Kaha ki NER ka route aur safety protocols hum logo ko pata hai lekin hum logo ke haathon se jabarjan is train ko leke NCR ke chalako ke havale kiya ja raha hai.
