Pune is also most saturated one now so they demanding to upgrade shivajinagar and hadapsar as new terminals for that they extended habibganj pune train up to hubli later to dharwad u might know that. And also interesting is pune also handle local trains with just 6 Platforms with other trains.

Actually CR delayed it alot, almost from a decade on this new terminal near Pune, otherwise by now Hadapsar/Khadki would have been new terminal with at-least 4 PF's

Not CR it's Railway board need to sanction funds and work for such things but han CR been late to demand new terminal for pune city but then too I appreciate their way of controlling trains at pune both long distance passing, originating and local trains their and yup pune really need bigger terminal for present and future estimated traffic.

Because of this there are not much originating trains towards south from Pune. We need Pune-Ypr/Mas/Ubl/Tvc/Vsg/Maq, etc
