The train will consist of 15 AC Economy class coaches. While the Howrah-Haridwar special train has limited berths available for booking from Dhanbad (only 18), passengers can book tickets from Asansol and board at Dhanbad, paying an extra 35 rupees per passenger. Another special train, the Lucknow-Tatanagar special (04224) will operate on October 16th, 2023. This train departs from Lucknow at 3:10 PM and reaches Tatanagar at 8:50 AM.
