धार्मिक पर्यटन का मुख्य केंद्र बना उज्जैन, महाकाल लोक बनने के बाद तेजी से बढ़ी श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या

Ujjain, known for its religious significance, has become a major hub for religious tourism in Madhya Pradesh. The number of visitors has significantly increased since the construction of the 'Shri Mahakal Mahalok,' an expansion of the Mahakaleshwar temple. Previously, around 24,000 devotees visited the temple daily. After the Mahalok's completion in...

2022, this number has risen to approximately 100,000 per day. Ujjain is home to various renowned temples like Kal Bhairav, Mangalnath, Chintaman, Harsiddhi, and Iskcon, as well as Sandipani Ashram, where Lord Krishna is believed to have received his education. Besides these, sites like Ram Ghat on the Shipra River and the Kalyadeah Palace attract tourists. Experts predict a continued rise in visitor numbers. The increase in devotees has boosted the Mahakaleshwar temple's income, rising from 51 crore rupees in 2019-20 to 218 crore rupees in 2023-24. This growth has also impacted the Omkareshwar-Mamleshwar Jyotirlinga in the Khandwa district. The number of devotees visiting this temple has tripled, reaching 40,000-55,000 daily compared to the previous 15,000-20,000. On special occasions, the number can reach 70,000-75,000.

Ujjain, jo ki apna religious significance ke liye jaana jaata hai, Madhya Pradesh mein religious tourism ka ek bada centre ban gaya hai. 'Shri Mahakal Mahalok' ke banne se, jo ki Mahakaleshwar temple ka ek expansion hai, yahan aane wale visitors ki sankhya mein bahut badhottari aayi hai. Pehle, har din...

lagभग 24,000 devotees temple aate the. Mahalok ke banne ke baad, 2022 mein, yeh sankhya abhar din 100,000 tak pahunch gayi hai. Ujjain mein kai bade temples hain jaise ki Kal Bhairav, Mangalnath, Chintaman, Harsiddhi, aur Iskcon, aur saath hi Sandipani Ashram bhi hai, jahan Lord Krishna ki shiksha mili thi. Inke alawa, Ram Ghat, jo ki Shipra River par hai, aur Kalyadeah Palace jaise jagah bhi tourists ko attract karte hain. Yeh growth ka asar Khandwa district mein sthit Omkareshwar-Mamleshwar Jyotirlinga par bhi hua hai. Yahan aane wale devotees ki sankhya triple ho gayi hai, jo ki pehle 15,000-20,000 thi, aur ab 40,000-55,000 daily ho gayi hai. Special occasions par, yeh sankhya 70,000-75,000 tak pahunch jati hai.
