this plan is there for last 5 yrs at least, but looks difficult as of now since WR is not able to extent the harbour line upto BVI BVI to Virar will take at least 10 years if started now.

indeed ! quadruple, sextuple, missing connection link, wye, bypass, similar things sud b first priority for railways as it would be difficult in future (in terms of finances, viability, etc )
