Why named it an intercity but not a normal express train? Green flagged though, this train is desperately needed imo
No specific reason as such, had initially planned it between G-BPL then thought of extending to GUNA.
Is the name a big deal, am I missing some specific criteria for calling a train Intercity? 👀

No, I was just curious. Although the definition of intercity train is a sitting SF connection between capital city to another major city but we all know that IR doesn't follow that definition at all.
An Intercity usually runs within a day Afaik... also you can extend this down to KOTA
Yeah I was thinking of that definition of Intercity too but then noticed at least 2 such trains that run overnight (Indore-NDLS and Rourkela-Jagdalpur), so thought I could go ahead with that.
Had given a thought to the extension to KOTA as well but then it wasn't sitting well with my return TT (presently given 2 hours turnaround time at GUNA). Will need some speeding up and I was reluctant because of the single line till Amla. Please suggest if some tweaks can be made to accomodate Kota extension.

Kindly review and flag. This works as both, an overnight train from Gondia/Nainpur to Bhopal and a morning train from Bhopal to Guna.

But LHB Coaches does not have 3A/2A composite coach. You can replace AB1 with either full 2A or full 3A/3E.
