As of now this is being operated as a special train in this route. Being big cities, there is high amount of tourist influx in both these places and it directly connects two places which have religious importance, and connecting other big cities and places of tourism enroute.

Plus, if you analyse the route, it is around 500 kms circuitous than the shortest, but still it is being run in such a route due to very high number of intermediate bookings in this train, as well as it's counterpart that is running...

as a regular train, due to success of which that one another train with a bit of difference in the route is being operated as a special by WR. Just speeded up this existing time table of special and presented it.

Already in this version of special, it is getting decent to good patronage, once if it is regularised, no doubt that it will fetch good patronage.
