You can provide LC at Ballari because Ballari already handles LC for 2 pair of Trains and also Ballari has stabling lines to keep locos(i.e PF1A where it has 2 stabling lines).
Yes TNGL and GDG halt are necessary because already on this VSG HWH Exp is run being it runs 4 days a week still it is congested and its ticket runs in WL. Because it is the only train for the people of odisha, WB and for Bihar also(Because for most of the People from Bihar they prefer to take train from HWH to Bihar side).
