Suggest me whether I can bypass Bilaspur Junction with a halt at Uslapur, Raipur Junction with Naya Raipur, Visakhapatnam Junction with Duvvada Or Reverse the rake 3 times!! Anyways, Loco change is needed atleast from Raipur to Titlagarh.

Yeah you can bypass Bilaspur with halt at Uslapur. It is better if you bypass BSP otherwise again at Raipur there is a Reversal.
Cool! Raipur will be a halt for LR and LC. Can VSKP be bypassed with a halt at Duvvada??
No this train should be meant for AP and VSKP is the biggest city in AP as of now. It is more developed than BZA and i really think AP Govt would have saved a lot of money if Vizag was made the capital since very less investment and time would have made it as developed as Hyderabad. So don't skip VSKP.
