There is no issue of slow down because 12122 chase 22182 end to end and 22182 is already having 8 additional stoppages compare to 12122.

Coming to 12121 , slightly adjustment will be required but still there is sufficient slack in the end so stoppages can be managed.

Not possible for katni murwara to gwalior bound trains due to loco reversal, those trains will be stop at Bina Malkhedi only to avoid loco reversal ,will not stop at Bina jn
