Demands by Balaghat MP: 1) Approval for the construction of the Chiraidongri-Malajkhand new rail route as requested before. 2) Approval for the preliminary survey of the Sivani-Katangi new rail route. 3) Approval for the doubling of the Nainpur-Sivani-Chhindwara-Amala-Nagpur railway line. 4) Approval for the doubling of the Jabalpur-Nainpur-Balaghat-Gondia railway line. 5) Development of the Nainpur Junction in the Nagpur region with facilities like a code line and washing pit. 6) Initiation of direct rail service between Balaghat-Katangi-Tirodi-Tumsar-Itwari, keeping in mind the passenger convenience between Balaghat and Nagpur. 7) Initiation of direct rail service between Jabalpur-Nainpur-Sivani-Chhindwara-Itwari. 8) Approval for the construction of the Ramtek-Sivani-Gotegaon/Shikara rail line. 9) Extension of the Chitrakoot Express, which runs between Lucknow and Jabalpur, to the Nainpur-Balaghat-Gondia route for 3 days and the Nainpur-Sivani-Chhindwara route for 4 days. 10) Initiation of the Chhindwara-Indore Panchvalli Express from Sivani. 11) Extension of the Sevagram Express, which runs between Mumbai and Nagpur, to Chhindwara via the Sivani-Nainpur route for 3 days and the Tumsar Road-Tirodi-Katangi-Balaghat route to Nainpur for 3 days. 12) Permission to permanently operate the Barwani Express, which runs between Gondia and Barwani, on the Gondia-Balaghat-Nainpur-Jabalpur-Katni rail route instead of the Gondia-Durg-Raipur-Pendra Road-Katni rail route. 13) Initiation of direct rail service from Raipur-Gondia-Balaghat-Nainpur-Sivani-Amala-Betul-Itarsi-Bhopal-Ujjain to Indore. 14) Stoppage of trains 11753/11754 Reva-Itarsi at Ghansour and Lamta stations, and 11755/11756 Reva-Itarsi via Sivani-Chhindwara and 11201/11202 Shahdol-Nagpur Express at Ghansour and Kewlari stations. Is yatri seva se Balaghat-Sivani mandala sahit Chhindwada-Baitul ke yatriyon ko kaafi labh hoga. 14) 11753/11754 Rewa-Itwari ka stoppage Ghansaur evam Lamta station mein tatha 11755/11756 Rewa-Itwari via Sivani Chhindwara tatha 11201/11202 Shahdol Nagpur express ka stoppage Ghansaur evam Kevalari station mein karne vishayak. Uparokt vishayon par manniya mantri ji ko jankari dete hue aagrah kiya ki kshetra wasiyon ki man shaanusar in vishayon par pehle bhi aagrah kiya ja chuka hai. All officers of the Seoni Rail Development Committee met with the DRM Madam at the DRM office in Nagpur to begin new trains to Seoni. Here are the demands made by the committee members: 1. The Panchweli Express should operate until Seoni on its return journey in the evening. 2. The Sevagram Express should be extended from Nagpur to Seoni. 3. The Chitrakoot Express should be extended from Jabalpur to Seoni. 4. The Railway Security Force should be increased at the Seoni railway station. 5. The road leading from the Barghat Road Railway Crossing to the station should be repaired as soon as possible. 6. Pipes should be installed at the Seoni railway station for water filling.
