It must first be run as a summer special. If it gets good patronage, then it must be regularized.

The rake of 11306 Solapur Mumbai express is being used for this special...
CR should make this train daily with maintenance at Solapur and short terminate the 22133/4 solapur-yeshvantpur express as this train is not helping pax of solapur at all... Gulbarga pit line when ready can maintain 22133/4 and Gulbarga-Hyderabad ICE.... Solapur division should think of trains which helps its local domestic demand... run ICE betweeh SUR/PVR. Solapur-Nagpur is much needed one.. work on new lines like Solapur-tuljapur... which will help lot of people
I think just Solapur will not make it popular, extension required for GR/RC or UBL will make this train more useful.
The train should run as a special during summer season. March is a slack month for railways. Also adequate publicity given...
