Together, they'll combine to be 13142 New Alipurduar-Sealdah Teesta Torsa Express and set off for the final destination.

MLDT WDM3A ‪#‎16765R‬ (rebuilt with DR style DBR) ready to haul 23141 Raninagar Jalpaiguri Jn.-Haldibari slip route train on January 05, 2016.
This train is actually part of Sealdah-New Alipurduar Teesta Torsa Express that is cut off at Raninagar Jalpaiguri Jn. After the main rake, often called Torsa from this point onwards, leaves for New Alipurduar, this part, commonly known as Teesta, sets off for Haldibari even before the break of the dawn.
