Now, in HWH, KOAA, SDAH, you could not find any WDS-4. Their service became end on 2010-11. Most of them were scrapped and some of these locos were sent to Kidderpore dock Kolkata Port Trust for industrial purpose. Only 1 or 2 such locos are present at Beliaghata (BGA), (Sealdah) loco shed. But, they are not used now. They are too old to back into the service.
True..............jumbos can be seen frequently around Katwa............have seen it hauling DEMU(Sealdah-jangipur demu).......on a lighter note,some of the jumbos can be used in jumbo zone itself ,in some trivial things like hauling DEMUs,driving away the elephants etc................
Yes. Some passenger trains from BWN, departs with Jumbos. Now, the Jumbos are seen here in SDAH south section hauling frieghts towards NMKA side.
BWN shed's Jumbos are seen here. There are more jumbos in PUNE, MLY, KTE, RTM sheds etc.

exactly sir..........DINHATA-MLDT should definitely be converted into FAST DEMU
SGUJ-DINHATA can be another option.............
and most possibly NJP-BONGAIGAON PASSENGER (to be converted into Tezpur)........
How NJP-B0NGAIGAON PASS can be extended upto tezpur;cant think of it.........

m watching NJP-BNGN-NJP passenger as a crawler since my birth... in the NJP-NOQ stretch even at samuktala, kamakhyaguri, jorai it waits for O/T ing for a long time... so it should be converted and in the njp-noq strecth it must speed up ... and for NJP-DGTB(tezpur) what about a JAN SHATABDI ???

yes sir..just about one week ago at DQG a CONCOR and a sky blue empty BCNHL O/Ten it.. and once at kamakhyaguri NDLS-DBRT RAJ and NE and MAS-KYQ PUJA SPL also overtaken it even at doubled section....
same with me..........used to be pathetic when NBQ-SMTA was a single section.......... NBQ to NCB in 8hrs........
after doubling condition has changed...........but not upto mark........
Still the only option for people FROM BNGN to NOQ,NCB to reach by 10.00am....

kuchh maintain nahi karte sir...bas jhadu pochha lagate hain...lmg intercity goes back as NJP I/C,Shiffung goes as 55726,55726 goes as Shiffung,15471 as 15472...aur BXT pehle maintain hoti thi,avi woh rake v kir division ki hain...so no maintenance...

shiffung jab Fakiragram se thi tab iska timing tthik tha.... ab APDJ lane k baad timing me change karna chiye tha... wo v nahi kiya.. FKM se same timing rkh diya
