SC may need rakes & HWH need to sent the rake as parking for days is an issue.
SCR has enough rakes to run specials as of now ....but as these GHY bound rakes are available ..so they might have saved their rakes and using these rakes instead :D :D
One trip special with a special departure time of 1:05am !!!

its the slot of Kaziranga upto BZA ...the same slot of GHY-SC (shares slot with GHY-SC,TVC slot trains)

Yes I agree...anyone with a Valid Ticket can enter the train.No need to be patient.
I think this train is for the asthama patients who will come to Hyderabad for the fish treatment.
