most of the trains falls in a category which is not mentioned by you...i.e. 25-45 kmph avg speed...separate fare structure needs to be developed for this trains...we'll travel @ 30 kmph & pay for 150 kmph Bhopal Shatabdi this cant be tolerated @ all....
