VSKP wap7 will be pulled this Hirakud sf special from VSKP to ASR & no more GZB wap7 pull from SBP to ASR So VSKP wap7 only the official Locomotive of this Hirakund special Express
This is train is used by Vskp people travel to BBS upto Sambalpur which arrive in morning covering night journey. it was introduced between Sambalpur HNZM then extended to BBS and then to Vskp for benefit of South Orissa.
This was very old story
Now there are number of trains to travel btw BBS/SBP
Also remember that no body prefers to take a long route and pay more to IR

See travellers of IR prefer trains by timings and not by fare this train OD people prefer for Vskp to BBS upto SBP as night journey. This is not for people to travel to North India and we have other trains which travel less time. Whether it is past present or future Hirakud id not for Vskp for long distance . It's up to you to accept it or not.
