DL1 is of SWR. How come it's in SER or it has been transferred to SER?
Yes. It is of SWR. Brand new 2021 made. It is now being used by SER. Sometimes without transfer coaches are used by other zones. Later they are sent back. Don't know about this coach. Well once officially transferred they will be marked with the new zonal markings.
Yes right you are. 18 coaches LHB rake did not fitting properly as the space for the loco to reverse is needed on the Digha End.

I am from Haldia, SER Kharagpur div. A few days ago, I was returning from Kolkata. I saw many 3E coaches and 2-3 pantry cars with SER marking parked in the PKU-TMZ-HLZ section. Our EMU was running at a high speed while coming across those coaches so I was not able to capture those. And also second class coaches with ER markings. SER considers this section as dumping yard. No good train connectivity is here towards the rest part of India.

Brother any information you have about HALDIA DEMU FACTORY. In between SER was using it as a helping hand of KGP WORKSHOP.

What you spotted are still at the same place. 3E, AC Hot Buffet Car. Infact I got some information few new coaches of SER are at Ranchi Division jurisdiction as well. Not sure for whom those coaches are.

Actually, After lockdown I asked a railway gateman about it. He told that before lockdown 1DMU rake in about 2 months used to go. But after lockdown no such dmu's are being rolled out of the factory. Don't know much about it but I can say that no dmu rakes are being rolled after March 2020
HWH-DGHA Tamrolipto Exp started running with mix Antodaya, RED GS coaches from today. But as per an information in coming days some Antodaya and Red GS coaches will be replaced by non-ac chair car coaches. Some coaches will come to SER. CC can change later. lets see

Finally 12827/28 HWH PRR SF Express will Run with LHB Rake from 24.01.2022 Ex HWH and 25.01.2022 Ex PRR along 18627/28 HWH RNC Intercity Express will run with LHB Rake .
Also 12857/58 HWH DIGHA Tamralipta SF Exp.
