Many such examples are there, where the train doesn't touch 55 kmph average speed. Nowadays no fixed criteria to classify a superfast
This train is too slow, gets delayed easily from ASR to SASN minimum 30 minutes

That's because Firozpur Cantt is one of the worst divisions, personally experienced so many times that trains reach Ludhiana outer On time from Delhi/Ambala side and reach Amritsar/Jammu 30-60 minutes late despite so much slack.
