Why most of the time Express/ SF/ Passenger trains from SDAH/ KOAA are allotted with ASN WAG locos where there are plenty of WAP's available at HWH?

Due to non-interlocking work at Dum Dum Junction in the Howrah Division, 6 trains operating on this line will be affected. On March 2nd, the 12383/12384 Asansol-Sialdah-Asansol Intercity Express and 13179/13180 Sialdah-Siuri-Sialdah MEMU Express will be cancelled. On March 3rd, the 13179/13180 Sialdah-Siuri-Sialdah MEMU Express will be cancelled.

The fog has caused delays for other trains as well, with the 12383 New Delhi Howrah Purva Express, 12818 Anand Vihar Jharkhand Swarna Jayanti Express, 12988 Ajmer Sealdah Express, 13152 Jammu Tawi Kolkata Express, and 12802 Puri Purushottam Express experiencing delays of up to 7.5 hours.
