Instead of messing up 12626 train TT if they want to follow the best ZBTT would be for the train to leave TVC at 10:00 AM and arrive NDLS at 10:00 AM (1 hr 15 mins speeded up) and then return to leave at 16:00 PM to arrive TVC at 16:00 PM (48 hours) - and then go for PM for 16:30 PM from next day 09:30 AM and SM at NDLS from 10:30 AM to 15:30 PM , in that case if it gets delayed during fog it does not have to arrive TVC at midnight

See.. the whole tt of Kerala needs to be changed a bit..it should arrive delhi anyhow by 5-9 AM..if it needs to be departed by 20:10
It does not need to depart at 20:10 PM, 20:10 departure is done cause earlier the 12626 used to leave at afternoon 13:15 PM but they dont want to make the train sit in NDLS for 20 hours so , they changed it to 20:10 ,
Like you mentioned it can arrive behind Karnataka around 09:30 or 10:00 AM and leave at 16:30 or 16:55 PM before Telengana exp and reach TVC before it gets dawn. Current 12626 spoiled

I never knew that , I thought night 20:00 is bottleneck as train arrive from yard and depart in 15 mins (it hardly stands in NDLS lol)
At around 16 multiple trains to east depart from Delhi, VBs to North and SF etc
