These slip services used to give daily ONT connectivity to the local residents of People of Kalyana Karnataka region stretch UBL to GTL with HYD as a complete stretch a Daily ONT Service. Now this region is in very bad need of Restoration of BGM-SC/BDCR Exp as soon as possible. And if the train is introduced with 10SL 4-3A 2-2A and a AC first also the train will reach it's max potential as Rayalaseema exp is always running with regret between GTL- RC section and from Nov mid RB has instructed to Replace 2SL with UR and count drops to 7SL. 1. Belagavi Managuru exp spl introduced.
2. Secunderabad Vasco biweekly exp also introduced.
3. Hyderabad - Hubballi daily express is also there on route via Gadag - Vijayapura.
Good decision to discontinue decade old slips.

Belagavi Manuguru Special is not a daily train bro. Railways eaten 3days running without introducing daily.
Four days Managuru and two days Sc - Vsg, left with only one day now.
That covered seven days in a week connectivity overall for now.

They ll use these rakes for some spls whenever the need arise. If they regularise it, they cannot use like that. Also, this is TOD spl now so railways will get extra money. Regular express again fetches less revenue.
there used to be a dedicated express between Manuguru and Kolhapur before Covid19, which was never restored back. They are running the same train as special with destination changed to Belagavi.
Yes CR didn’t restore that. But the same train was largely benefiting Karnataka. Hence, SWR is running the same as spl
