This is further complicated by the ongoing railway infrastructure development work, leading to cancellations and route changes for several trains, especially those traveling to Delhi, Mumbai, and Bihar. The high demand for tickets due to the festival season has resulted in waiting lists exceeding 80 for some trains, while others traveling to UP and Bihar have no waiting tickets available.

hai, is wajah se Delhi, Mumbai, aur Bihar jaane wali kai trains cancel ya change routes pe chal rahi hain. Festival season start hone se trains ki demand bahut zyada hai. Kuch trains mein waiting list 80 se bhi zyada hai, aur UP, Bihar ki kuch trains mein koi waiting tickets hi nahi hai.

Yes, and when number of SL coaches was already less at only 5 SL coaches for Pushpak , NER has further reduced SL coaches from 5 to 4 to accommodate a GS coach !
