At 5:30 AM today, visibility was as follows: 500 meters in the Jammu Division, 50 meters in Patiala, Punjab, 500 meters at Palam and Safdarjung in Delhi, 25 meters in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, 50 meters in Prayagraj, 25 meters in Gaya, Bihar, and 200 meters in Patna. On January 21st, the minimum temperature in many parts of Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh remained below 2-4 degrees Celsius.
