according to this statement a member who has indulged in acts of threating another member his ID should be blocked and all his previliges should be taken, but on the contrary the adminship was taken for a few days and then again given back. On what grounds the adminship was given to the particular member ? Does this act does not violate his own terms he set for the site and other members ?
