Grievance Description : Ref: MORLY/E/2014/00930 Sub: Disappointing and very casual dispose by COM ECR for above ref grievance. Sirs, With due respect and equally with anguish i want to draw your kind attention about 12577/78 path, time Table, Running and its weekly misery. In my last letter i requested to consider suitable steps so this can run on time and can also save passengers valuable time. As the reply from concerned officer can be observed which clearly shows that no one cares for this train and seems it is no ones business to see why this train is not running properly or on time or how precious time can be saved by route diversion. In my last letter i had given some possible route/option and also requested to find any suitable route/Path if railway thinks as our patron but sadly the two line reply showed what kind of respect this train haves. Just to prove my point: This is still running LATE without an exception. Recently Railway Board introduced a new train 12551/52 via MAS-BZA-ASN and don't know how path was found. If this train follows same path it can save almost 10 hours and 500 kms. Now PNBE got another train which is not doing good too. So surely this train deserves your consideration for better timings and route diversion as this train takes lots of time and never runs on time. Thank You

Details : Indian Railways make all efforts to run trains on time. However, trains do run late sometimes due to various reasons like miscreant activities, alarm chain pulling, natural calamities such as cyclonic storms or damage to track due to breaches, law and order problems, bad weather, cattle run over and electricity grid failure, equipment failure etc.
