It seems that Railway may want to check whether the 90%-10% quota between CSMT-SUR & SUR-GDG is working well or not....Cz 11031/32 gets cancelled from 4/3/18 & reservation suspended for 22139/40 from 16/5/18.....In this slack period of 1.5 months, if this quota system is not working well, they may run both CSMT-SUR & CSMT-GDG simultaneously by firstly making it Daily. While the former may run 3 days a week, the latter the remaining 4 days of the week. Also both these trains may have RSA with each other as there & 2 Rakes anyways are present which may suffice the requirement.

But what about the 11031/11032 from 5-03-2018 upto 1.5 months Where they going run it?

They won't use this train no 11031/32 till May 16 atleast.... during this period from Mar 5 upto May 16 (2.5 Months) I guess they may extend 22139/40 upto GDG to analyse quota feasibility on their revenue.....If till May 16 the system fails to work in the sense there is huge demand to GDG & the bookings quota are not sufficient manage demand on route.... CSMT-SUR express may be started back again & may be given this new train number 11031/32 having RSA with 22139/40.....This is wat I feel don't know what may eventually happen afterwards.

11031/11032 is only available saturday & sunday towards Bijapur now so they cant use this one later as Mumbai CST-GDG Exp daily like how 22139/40 going to serve 6 days a week

Yes 11031/32 SUR-BJP won't run now as 22139/40 is extended upto GDG.....But if quota system fails....Then the train number 11031/32 may be used to start CSMT-SUR train again which will run in parallel RSA with 22139/40 CSMT-GDG S/F Exp.....CSMT-GDG 4 days a week & CSMT-SUR 3 days a week maybe
