all the haldia locals should be made gallopin bcoz since in ser division it is the longest EMU route, and while going towards howrah it should bypass panskura Jn for decreasing the journey time and halts should be made at mechada,uluberia and santragachi only.Although while returning from howrah the train must touch panskura Jn and come to haldia, but in between howrah and panskura it should run as gallopin.presnt fare is only RS 21/-, it may be increased to Rs 25/- or even 30/- but it should be allowed to cover the distance within 2hrs 30 mins.
