Caught a few good curves. My coach was 20th from Loco and this gave me a good edge for a shot. Soon night fell and food trolley arrived. Bought the usual Veg meals which was tasty and unique meals u can ever get in an IR train... Meanwhile with numerable crossings, it was running around a hour late. The hour long slack time around Ratnagiri station reduced this late time to a few minutes...

Had a good sleep and soon it arrived at Panvel PF #6. On PF#7 was the Diva bound passenger which from Diva was to run as Diva Madgaon passenger. Even at such odd hour of 4.00 am, Diva bound passenger was full to packed with people who were to travel to their native places. This is a unique feature of Mumbai. Mumbaikars usually make return travel in trains to get a good seat. Even in Mumbai EMUs , this factor can be noticed. A person travelling from Byculla will prefer to take a fast train to CST which will then return to his destination.

By the time it reached Diva, Konkan Kanya was again delayed by around 15 minutes and hence got a clear go ahead signal. My coach being 20th from Loco proved a boon as ahead of the crossing, it slowed down and was able to alight at Diva in a typical Mumbaiyaa style... and trotted to my home @ Dombivli...

Later that night I had to catch 12163 Chennai SF to visit my grandmom @ Chennai.....
