This should ideally be with the Timetable information so that the passengers can make a choice of not availing catering if the items they don't like are served. This would help minimizing the food wastage too.Additionally, it is the passengers right to know what they will be served when they are paying for it.

This problem remains from VB 1.0
When IR will solve this, God knows. As we all know that now IR imposing VB to public, they should think about comfort, as people have to sit for long hours.

Haan, aapki baat sahi hai. Aaj-kal bahut saare scams ho rahe hain. IR (Indian Railways) ko public travelling mein bhi chhodna chahiye, jaise VB mein. Aam express train mein toh loots ki baat hi mat kariye. Ek taraf rake standardization aur doosri taraf VB jaise food scams. Abhi tak, Varanasi VB aur ADI VB ke food ke baare mein koi shikayat nahi aaya hai.
