Every zone play politics in name of path constraints, congestion, PF availability, stabling problem. There used to be Vskp Shirdi Spl ran for years but SCR denied regular run citing lack of diesel Loco at SC. Finally in 2013 Vskp Shirdi is introduced as weekly and CR denied PF on Tbrusday so made to leave on Theusday arriving Saturday. SWR ran special from YPR via Renigunta in 2014 for long tiime on Friday as it has to be stationed in Vskp for 24 hrs to return on Sunday finally withdrawn though it's fully occupation both sides reason stabling problem. BBS/Vskp Chennai is a perfect overnight both sides but SR wanted to return early citing stabling and finally converted to day express train. Partly to blame ZBTT policy to return within 3 hours turnaround time. HwH YPR was a convenient overnight with 2 nights return changed to 2 days...
