Since SWR won't run new passenger services on the Londa-Madgoan route, I thought it would be better to extend current VSG YPR Exp to Karaikal, which will cover current Velankanni - Vasco Service and Chennai Vasco connectivity as well. Please provide ur valuable suggestions on this train. Return is also available, I might make changes and post it for rating in a while. Thanks!!!

worst route selection. From bangalore Salem, Trichy Nagapattinam Karaikal would be best. if u want to cover cuddalore then follow smvt kik express path. routing via chennai is too much long and wont serve any purpose.
Yes swr and SR will not allow and scr also.one more TJ to ubl train can be extended to karikal with little time change
yes. if we change days of operation we can do that too. tuesday we have both UBL TJ and Vasco VLNK back to back in 5 hours gap. and we dont have train for a week.
It is quite far fetched to get daily connection to Velankanni, considering the factors that SWR won't allow new trains in Londa- Madgaon section and Chennai is a major city that deserves a daily connection to Goa, I chose this route, and Velankanni also gets daily connection. I could have chosen what route you detailed for a train to Hubli but to Goa, either this or train terminating at Madgaon via Coimbatore - Mangalore is the most feasible option. Also, from Bengaluru to Velankanni, the route you mentioned also takes around 11-12 hrs. Why not provide Chennai connection if it just takes an extra hour?
