The DRM inspected Chittaranjan, Jasidih, Simultola, Shankarpur, and Jamtara stations to review the functioning of safety and passenger amenities. He also checked the progress of the Amrit Station Yojana works. The DRM visited the employee grievance camp organized by the personnel department and gave necessary instructions to the officials. He inspected the railway colony in Chittaranjan and interacted with the families of railway employees living in the quarters. He listened to their problems and ordered immediate solutions. A surprise inspection of the Asansol-Jhajha MEMU train and 12303 Poorva Express was carried out to inspect the train facilities, OBCS functioning, and pantry services. A surprise ticket checking drive was conducted along with commercial department staff and RPF personnel. The running condition of the trains was checked during the inspection.
