ya Yerawada shift karne ka suggestion diya hai, jisse ki ek new international airport banaya ja sake. Lekin aviation expert Sanjay Lazar ne yeh kaha hai ki IAF base ko relocate karna practical nahin hai, kyunki uske infrastructure bahut bada hai aur airport ka development historical context mein hua tha. Unhone ek new airport banane ka suggestion diya hai. Dusre residents ne current airport mein facilities ki kami aur city mein better public transport ki zarurat ke baare mein bhi apni frustration dikhaayi hai. Kuch logon ka maanana hai ki city center mein airport hone se Pune ko Bengaluru jaise cities se competition mein aage rakhne mein madad milegi, jahan airport city center se bahut door hain.
