DRM Himanshu Badoni provided updates on X every minute, including photos of passengers and their testimonials. This was a way for the railway to get feedback from pilgrims and enhance their arrangements for the Maha Kumbh. The DRM uploaded photos of railway police officers helping elderly passengers on X and shared many passenger testimonials on social media.
