station generates around Rs. 8 crore in revenue from ticket sales and other sources, exceeding revenue generated by any station in Bihar. Despite this, the station is neglected by the railway authorities. Mandal has also pointed out that the Rajdhani Express, which runs between Ranchi and Delhi, stops at a station in every district of Jharkhand it passes through, except for Hazaribagh Road and Parasnath stations. In his letter, Mandal demanded that the Rajdhani Express, the Howrah Jodhpur Express, and the Tata Amritsar Express be stopped at Hazaribagh Road station. He has also threatened to launch a protest if his demands are not met.

Bihar ke Rafiganj, Dehri On Sone, Anugrah Narayan Road, Jahanabad station par kai mahatvpurn trainon ka thahrav diya gaya hai, halanki in stationon ka rajaswa koi chhipa nahi hai. Shayad rajneetik pakad majboot hone ka fayda logon ko mil raha hai. Railway ko in sari ahertaon ko dekhte hue sirf rajaswa ke bal par hi sari suvidhaen uplabdh kara sakti hai. JMM ke zila upadhyaksh Tribhun ne yeh bhi bataya ki Ranchi se Delhi ke beech chalne wali Rajdhani Express, Jharkhand ke har ek jile se ho kar guzarti hai, jahan ka kisi ek station par thahrav ka pravahan hai. Aise mein, na hi iska thahrav Hazaribagh Road mein hai aur na hi Parasnath station par hai. Upadhyaksh ne Rail GM ko letter mein in sari cheezon ka hawala dete hue Hazaribagh Road station par Ranchi Rajdhani Express, Howrah Jodhpur aur Tata Amritsar Express ke thahrav ki maang rakhi hai. Saath hi maangen poorn nahin hone par andolan ki chetawni bhi di gayi hai.
