Manish Kumar Gupta. The award was presented by Jaya Verma Sinha, Chairperson and CEO of the Railway Board. Satendra Kumar, Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer, received the award on behalf of NCR. Notably, NCR received the Rail Minister's Official Language Shield as the first prize last year. This marks the second consecutive year that NCR has received an award at the ministry level, setting a new record.
