rahi hai. Ye digitisation initiative ka part hai, jiska maksad three C’s ko promote karna hai – Contactless ticketing, Cashless transaction aur Customer convenience & experience. Is naye system se UPI through Virtual Payment Address (VPA) use karne ki purani procedure bhi khatam ho gayi hai. Pehle passengers ko apna UPI ID booking clerk ko share karna padta tha, jisse unki VPA application mein ek link generate hota tha. Is link ke through woh ticket amount pay kar sakte the. Payment confirm hone ke baad, ticket generate hota tha. Naya system booking aur purchasing tickets ki efficiency badhane, ticket counters pe lambi lines kam karne aur users ko digital booking procedure ki taraf attract karne ke liye shuru kiya gaya hai.
