the long-standing demand for a direct train between Bhavnagar and Surat. Even the recently extended passenger train service to Porbandar from Jetalsar has been completely cancelled due to pipeline work at Porbandar station, despite the possibility of running it to Jetalsar. The article suggests that with the conversion of the Botad-Ahmedabad line to broad gauge, long-distance trains from Ahmedabad could be extended to Bhavnagar, providing greater convenience for the people of Bhavnagar and Botad districts and boosting railway revenue.

kiya hai, jaise ki Bhavnagar aur Surat ke beech direct train ki long-standing demand hai. Porbandar se Jetalsar tak extended ki gayi passenger train ko Porbandar station par pipeline kaam ke wajah se puri tarah band kar diya gaya hai, halanki usse Jetalsar tak chalaana possible tha. Botad-Ahmedabad line ko broad gauge me convert karne ke baad, Ahmedabad se chalne wali long-distance trains ko Bhavnagar tak extend kiya ja sakta hai, jisse Bhavnagar aur Botad ke logon ko zyada train facility milegi aur railway ko bhi revenue ka fayda hoga.
