The apprehended passengers included those traveling without tickets, those traveling without proper authorization, and those traveling with unbooked luggage. The passengers were fined and warned not to repeat the offense. This initiative, undertaken on the instructions of the Dhanbad Division Rail Manager, aimed to increase ticket sales, curb ticketless travel, and encourage passengers to purchase tickets. The drive's impact was evident at Koderma Railway Station, where ticket sales increased by 53.33% and revenue rose by 18.60% compared to the previous day.
