Kaithal News: जनप्रतिनिधियों ने की कुरुक्षेत्र-नरवाना रेलमार्ग के दोहरीकरण की अनदेखी

The upcoming Lok Sabha elections have intensified campaigning and brought local issues to the forefront. The Kurukshetra Lok Sabha constituency faces several long-standing railway concerns, including the need for double-tracking the Kurukshetra-Narwana railway line. Doubling this line would allow for the introduction of new trains, benefiting residents of the constituency. Despite...

this, the issue has been neglected by past representatives. The Kurukshetra-Narwana line, being a branch line, currently limits the number of train operations. However, it is a profitable route for freight transport due to the rice industry in Kaithal district. Double-tracking would not only benefit daily commuters but also significantly boost railway revenue from freight transport, particularly with the increasing demand for rice transportation to various parts of the country. The increasing population has led to a growing need for double-tracking, as passenger numbers have surged since the year 2000. The upcoming Lok Sabha candidate is expected to address this critical issue in parliament after assuming office.

Lok Sabha elections aane wala hai, aur iske saath hi chunaavi mahol bhi garam ho raha hai. Isme area ke issues par bhi baat ho rahi hai. Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat mein railway ke kai bade issues hain, jinpar pehle se koi dhyaan nahin diya gaya. Ek issue Kurukshetra-Narwana railway line...

ka double-tracking hai. Agar yeh line double ho jaati hai, toh Kurukshetra Lok Sabha area ke logo ko kai nayi trains mil sakti hain, parantu aafsos ki baat hai ki ab tak is issue par koi dhyaan nahin diya gaya. Kurukshetra-Narwana line branch line hai, jiske karan yahan par zyada trains nahin chal paati, halanki yeh railway ke liye mal dhulai ka achcha saधन hai. Is line ka double-tracking karne se ek taraf daily commuters ko fayda hoga, aur dusri taraf railway ko bhi vyapar ki drushti se fayda hoga. Kaithal district mein chawal udyog acha hone ke chalte, yahan par roz 2-3 special trains lagti hain, jo sirf mal dhulai ke liye desh ke alag-alag ilaqon mein chawal le jaati hain. Logon ki badhti hui population ne double-tracking ki zaroorat ko aur bhi badha diya hai. Saal 2000 se pehle double-tracking ki zaroorat nahin thi, kyunki uss waqt log train mein itna zyada safar nahin karte the. Ab aane wala MP is issue ko parliament mein uthayega aur is par kaam karega.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
