Kurla Mandi, Mumbai, on the morning of May 17th. The railway will provide a parcel van on the 20th for sending litchi to Mumbai. Also on Wednesday, another shipment of litchi was sent from Darbhanga to Delhi via the 12565 Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast. Amarish Kumar, the railway's leaseholder, reported that 111 boxes of litchi were sent. The harvesting of litchi in the Bari Eidgah Bagh on the city's Goshala Road has also begun. Litchi from the Bari Eidgah Bagh was purchased by Mo. Nizam, a resident of Bada Sumera, Kudhani, and sent to Delhi. The price of litchi in Delhi's Azad Mandi is currently 125 rupees per kilogram. Litchi is also being sent from Muzaffarpur to various other destinations using the following trains: Mumbai: 19038 Avadh Express, 15267 Raxaul-LTT Express, 15547 Raxaul-LTT Antyodaya Express; Delhi: 12557 Saptakranti Superfast Express and 12565 Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast (leased); Haryana-Punjab: 14673 Shaheed Express and 14649 Saryu Yamuna Express; Howrah: 13020 Mithila Express; Ranchi and Sambalpur (Odisha): 15028 Maury Express; Uttar Pradesh: 11124 Barauni-Gwalior Express and 15203 Barauni Lucknow Express; Gujarat: 19484 Barauni Ahmedabad Express and 19270 Muzaffarpur-Porbandar Express (leased).
