lockdown ki wajah se delay hua tha. Pehle ye December 2020 tak banna tha. Local log keh rahe hain ki contractor ne ghatiya material use kiya hai, jisse bridge jaldi kharab ho raha hai. Wo government ke corruption-free development ke daavay pe bhi sawal uthaa rahe hain.
