A 54-year-old passenger, Yagvendra Patel, was injured while attempting to disembark a moving train, the 12191 Shri Dhaam Express, at Jabalpur Station. Fellow passengers alerted the station officials, including the Sub Station Manager, Hemant Pandhre. First aid was administered, and Patel was transported to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Medical College via ambulance 108 for further treatment. The incident was reported to Railway Protection Force and Government Railway Police.
