TTE threatened him with violence. The incident started at Mathura station and continued until Bina station. The passenger sought help from RPF and GRP staff, but they did not intervene. The TTE continued to be aggressive and threatened to kill the passenger, who hid in the toilet and called the Punjab DGP and 139. The information was then relayed to the Bhopal control room and subsequently to the Bina GRP. The TTE was removed from the train and arrested at Bina station. A case was filed against him under sections 294 and 506 of the IPC.
