SCR’s Railway Protection Force rescued 58 children including six girls in May

The South Central Railway's (SCR) Railway Protection Force (RPF) rescued 58 children, including 6 girls, from human traffickers and reunited 133 children, including 31 girls, with their families after they were separated last month. They recovered passenger belongings worth over ₹57 lakh and apprehended four other offenders using CCTV footage, recovering stolen property worth ₹1.4 lakh. The RPF also detected 41 cases of theft against railway property and recovered ₹1.63 lakh worth of stolen property. Additionally, they apprehended 27 touts, seized 129 live tickets worth ₹2.31 lakh, arrested 11 individuals for illegal liquor transportation, and seized ₹3.95 lakh worth of liquor. Eight arrests were made in connection with the seizure of marijuana worth over ₹38 lakh in May.

RPF ne railway property ke khilaf 41 cases bhi detect kiye aur ₹1.63 lakh ke chori hue railway saamaan ko recover kiya. Iske alawa, unhone 27 touts ko pakda, ₹2.31 lakh ke 129 live tickets ko seize kiya, illegal liquor transportation ke liye 11 logon ko pakda aur ₹3.95 lakh ke liquor ko seize kiya. May mein ₹38 lakh se zyada ke marijuana ko seize karne ke saath hi aath logon ko bhi arrest kiya gaya.
