The North Western Railway had empanelled around 80 private hospitals in its four divisions, including Jaipur, to provide free treatment to serving and retired railway employees under the CGHS scheme. patients for services covered by the CGHS scheme. These complaints persisted for three years, with the hospital allegedly charging patients for cashless treatment, not providing credit during the COVID-19 pandemic, and disregarding multiple notices and explanations issued to them. When the Railway Board's Vigilance team received a complaint about the hospital's unethical practices, they instructed the DRM/Jodhpur to remove Medipals from the list. The Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) of Jodhpur was instructed to convey this order to the hospital, but instead, suppressed it. The Vigilance team subsequently reached the railway hospital to investigate the matter, after which the order to remove Medipals from the list was finally delivered to the hospital.

North Western Railway ne Jaipur sahit chaaron mandalon mein karieb 80 private hospitals ko CGHS scheme ke tahat serving aur retired railway employees ko free treatment dene ke liye empanel kiya hua tha, lekin Jodhpur mandal ke Medipals Hospital ko panel se bahar kar diya gaya, kyuki kai complaints aayi thi...

ki hospital CGHS scheme ke tahat covered services ke liye patients se paise vasoool kar raha tha. Ye complaints teen saal se chal rahi thi, aur hospital ne allegedly patients se cashless treatment ke liye paise vasoool kiye, COVID-19 pandemic ke dauraan credit nahin di, aur unhe diye gaye kai notices aur explanations ko ignore kiya. Jab Railway Board ke Vigilance team ko hospital ke unethical practices ke baare mein complaint mili, toh unhone DRM/Jodhpur ko Medipals ko list se hatane ka order diya. Jodhpur ke Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) ko yeh order hospital tak pahunchani tha, lekin unhone yeh order suppress kar diya. Uske baad, Vigilance team railway hospital mein jaanch karne pahunchi, aur tab jaake Medipals ko list se hatane ka order finally hospital tak pahuncha.
